Introduction：

 

Toroidal Common Mode Core for Power Transformers does not have mechanical strength ,it's not suitable to wind directly on it. So it will usually pack by plastic case or by epoxy resin spraying.

 

Typical Application：

 

  1. New energy applications (PV lnverter, wind driven generator, EV charging station)
  2. Consumer Appliance(TV, AC, computer, game console)
  3. Medical equipment (MRI machine, ventilator)
  4. Other electronics(Server power supply, UPS, Railway)

 

Performance Characteristics：

High Bs, high μi

High Bs (1.2T), high μi (>80000), and high anti-saturation ability, can reduce the core’ s volume effectively

Excellent frequency property

Excellent permeability characteristics in a wide frequency range

Stable temperature characteristic

The performance change rate is ±10% during temperature -40°C~150°C

With high broadband property

Suppress 150kHz~300mHz conduction and radiation interference

Low magnetostriction coefficient,low noise

Saturated magnetostriction coefficient is close to zero λs≈0

 

Performance Characteristics for Toroidal Common Mode Core for Power Transformers：

  • Meet environmental standards；
  • The case complies with the flame retardant standard UL94-V0;
  • Material can be customized according to temperature resistance grade level B(130℃)to level F(155℃)
